Most international tour operators offering trips to Pakistan rely on multiple third parties—foreign agencies, local contractors, and intermediaries. Each layer adds its own margin, which is why a typical 10–15 day tour in northern Pakistan often costs $4,000–$4,500 or more.

Upland Rides operates differently. I am not just the founder—I am your team leader, tour guide, and on-ground operator. Everything is handled directly under my supervision. There is no broker, no middleman, and no outsourced management taking a hidden cut. By removing these unnecessary layers, we are able to offer high-quality, authentic experiences at a fair and transparent cost.
