TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. DEPOSIT

To confirm your place on a tour, a non-refundable deposit of $500 USD per person is required. Your booking will only be considered confirmed once this deposit has been received and you receive a confirmation email from Uplandrides.

If you wish to transfer your booking to another tour within the same calendar year, we’ll do our best to accommodate the request—based on the availability of spots.

2. BALANCE OF PAYMENT

The remaining balance of your tour cost must be paid at least 30 days prior to the tour's start date.

  • Bookings made within 45 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking.
  • Promotional offers also require full payment upfront. These conditions will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
  • In extremely rare situations (such as natural disasters or conflict), additional payments may be required to continue with the trip. We will inform you as early as possible if such circumstances arise.

Failure to make the final payment on time may lead to cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit.

3. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

All cancellations must be submitted in writing, and are effective from the date received by Uplandrides.

Refund Policy:

  • Cancellations made more than 45 days before departure: We will refund the balance amount, minus the non-refundable deposit.
  • Cancellations made less than 45 days before departure: Unfortunately, no refunds can be provided.

No-Shows:

If you do not arrive at the designated meeting point at the specified time, your booking will be considered a no-show, and full cancellation charges will apply.

Need Help?

We understand that unexpected life events and financial hardships happen. If you're unable to join your tour and need a refund due to exceptional circumstances, please write to us. While we can't guarantee a refund beyond the stated policy, we’ll always try to work something out with flexibility, wherever possible.
