BOOKING POLICY

• When booking a tour, you can either pay $500 or full amount to confirm your booking.
• In case you paid $500 in advance, the remaining amount must be paid at least 30 days before tour departure.

REFUNDS

• $500 booking fee is non-refundable. However, we will gladly switch the advance fee for another tour.
• Apart from the $500 booking fee, other amounts can be refunded in the following scenarios:
  
• Full refund: cancellation before 30 days of the tour departure date.
• 50% refund: cancellation before 20 days from departure date.
• No refund: if the booking is cancelled, less than 20 days from departure date.

* in any of the above three scenarios, $500 advance deposit is still non-refundable.
